Tyranny of the week - why we protest
Secret Delegates to the World Health Organization (WHO) World Health Assembly 22 - 28 May will vote on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) proposed by the US that would push our world towards centralized worldwide health surveillance, reporting and management where the people have no say. This is sometimes called the Pandemic Treaty. Among many other missteps, it took the WHO almost 2 years to declare that SARS-CoV-2 was transmitted by aerosols. Rally at Markham and Lawrence this Saturday from 1pm -2pm
Please bring a sign, flag, flyers etc. if you have them. By all means bring signs to support political candidates that support medical and other freedoms. In Scarborough Guildwood, Opa Day is running for New Blue and William Moore is running for the Ontario Party. I don’t know the position on health and other freedoms of a number of other candidates. I spoke briefly to Mitzie Hunter as she passed by canvassing. She does look to the WHO for health guidance and had no comment on the Pandemic Treaty, claiming it’s a federal issue, even though health care is mostly a provincial issue in Canada. John McKay’s office is still closed as of Thursday May 19th! I don’t know why he bothers having a constituency office. The provincial election is June 2nd.
If you can’t see us from the corner at Markham and Lawrence, then check the parking lot in front of Healthy Planet where we tend to gravitate.
Other rallies on Saturday:
Nothing showing at either https://thelinecanada.com/ or https://thelibertyclub.ca/events/2022-05-21/

Not clear if there is a Durham Freedom Rally this May 21th. But they are having bridge protests against the WHO Pandemic Treaty on other days this week.
