Sasha Latypova warns about animal MRNA shots; CRA paused bare trust reporting
Livio Sanchez interviewed Sasha Latypova on the weekly Vaccine Safety Research Foundation podcast 2024-04-11. Timestamps are approximate.
12:40 Interview with Sasha starts. She describes her pharma background at length.
32:30 Covid-19 MRNA; batch variability; Contacts with Senator Ron Johnson
36:15
discussion of the (US) legal framework changes that made the MRNA shots possible.
48:15 Animal MRNA shots produced in the same facilities as human MRNA shots and subject to the same (non) regulatory framework.
50:20 Sequivity MRNA shots for pigs
51:20 DNA Plasmids are grown in e. coli which is then killed with antibiotics. As with the human MRNA shots, the manufacturing process results in DNA impurities. Primary concern is that animals will get sick and shed, exposing farmers, and the environment to these DNA plasmids. Concern that there may be similar side effects in animals as are becoming apparent in humans. Not clear if cooking will denature the DNA.
57:05 DNA plasmids found in farmed fish 320 days after injection
58:50 Lack of studies of whether the DNA integrates into genomes.
1:00:25 Utah bill to label food that received MRNA shots stopped by pharma lobby
1:02:30 Sequivity safety studies (similar shortcomings to human vaccine safety studies)
At the end of March, just days before the April 2nd filing deadline, the CRA paused the filing requirements for bare trusts for 2023, blithely explaining that “Whether or not an arrangement is a trust or a bare trust is dependent on the specific facts of each situation, as well as the applicable law. Taxpayers may wish to seek legal counsel if they are unsure whether their arrangement is a trust, and what type of trust they have.” Nicole Ewing, Director Tax and Estate Planning, TD Wealth explains that there are different definitions of a trust at different sections of the Income Tax Act and the bare trust definition was yet another standalone definition resulting in confusion as to the exact legal definition of a bare trust. What are the Ministry of Finance and the CRA thinking? How can bare trusts be used to avoid income tax??? At worst they could lead to income being taxed in the wrong hands, but there are already attribution rules to prevent this… This sort of behaviour makes me feel like I work for the CRA not the other way round it should be.
