Update on Dr Sonia Kustka and Sean Hartman COVID-19 related legal cases
Steve Kirsch’s Vaccine Safety Research Foundation’s Thursday podcast focused on Canada, covering the ongoing College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) prosecution of Dr Sonia Kustka of Toronto and Dan Hartman’s lawsuit against Pfizer. Questions were lackluster and didn’t take advantage of the legal brainpower Steve had on the podcast.
Points that stood out to me.
58:15 Lawyer Paul Slansky for Dr Kustka is seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme court a decision that a court can order compliance with a CPSO search/seizure even if it was unconstitutional without determining whether it was unconstitutional. He stated this undermines the rule of law in general, not just related to COVID-19.
Dan Hartman is able to sue Pfizer in Canada because Canadian law does not give vaccine manufactures the immunity they enjoy in the U.S.. So this is a pioneering case in North America with the power to set a major precedent. GiveSendGo here.
Dr Kustka is back at the CPSO tribunal August 13th
Reminder: the next hearing for nurse Sarah Choujounian is this Monday August 22nd typically starting at 0930. Contact HearingsAdministrationGroup@cnomail.org for the YouTube link.
