RFK warns against vaccinating chickens; Update on Nurse Choujounian
US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy has warned against vaccinating chickens with a leaky vaccine.
“All of my agencies advise against vaccination of birds, because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine, in other words a vaccine that does not provide sterilizing immunity, that does not absolutely protect against the disease, you turn those flocks into mutation factories,” the HHS secretary said in the interview, which aired Tuesday.
Kennedy also advocating treating the flocks for the avian flu and using it as an opportunity to learn about treating humans. What a breath of fresh air! I will be watching to see if Kennedy can sway the US Department of Agriculture which has been advocating vaccinating chickens.
The College of Nurses of Ontario issued 3 more notices of hearings against nurse Sarah Choujounian on 2024-12-11, including:
It is alleged that the member committed professional misconduct in that the member:
contravened the standards of practice of the profession and engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct by publicly making statements which contained information which the member knew or ought to have known were inaccurate, false and/or misleading regarding gender identity and/or sexual orientation, including but not limited to: posting a video entitled “My Thoughts on Pronouns” on the Rumble platform in or around March 2023; and/or authoring a post regarding gender affirming surgeries on the Instagram platform in or around June 2023.
I’m unable to immediately locate either post. This was one day before the final hearing on her first set of charges. None of the hearings have been about Ms Choujounian’s actual direct work as a nurse with her clients. There’s a massive power imbalance between Ms Choujounian who is a Registered Practical Nurse and her College. Subject to finding and reviewing the actual posts I’m concerned the College is trying to make an example of Ms Choujounian to chill freedom of expression among nurses. I’m unable to find any decision yet on the first set of charges.
