2025-04-16 RFK Autism Press Conference

RFK (Robert F. Kennedy) Secretary of US Health and Human Services gave his first official press conference on Wednesday 2025-04-16. He focused on autism on the occasion of the biannual release of the CDC Autism Prevalence Report which found yet another increase in autism. Kennedy spent considerable time, quoting considerable evidence to refute the theory that the increase is only due to increased recognition and diagnosis. Kennedy’s theory is that because autism is increasing so quickly, it cannot be genetic and must be an environmental toxin. Kennedy never once uttered the word vaccine although he did include “medicines” in the list of toxins that will be studied. Kennedy expects to announce more concrete details of the initial studies over the next few weeks and to provide some initial answers by September.
