Fluoride backsliding; Universal Ostrich

According to the Western Standard Calgary reintroduced fluoridation June 30th after discontinuing it in 2011. Michael Ryan Jean-Louis, with help from Calgary Safe Water has filed for an injunction.

The U.S. National Toxicology Program finally published a monograph in 2024 concluding

with moderate confidence that higher estimated fluoride exposures (e.g., as in approximations of exposure such as drinking water fluoride concentrations that exceed the WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality of 1.5 mg/L of fluoride) are consistently associated with lower IQ in children.

There was a long running court case to force the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to engage it’s rule making process based on that report. Instead of complying, The Highwire at 22:27 reports the EPA has decided to appeal the court decision…

Universal Ostrich has been busy hosting Farm Aid Canada July 11-13 and then appealed the judicial review of the cull order in Ottawa July 15th.
