Update 2022-01-13
I have registered to speak via http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/decisionBodyProfile.do?function=doPrepare&meetingId=21591 by giving
Name: Greg Knittl
Organization (if applicable):
Mailing Address: West Hill, Ontario M1E
Telephone: I answer my phone by appointment only.
In other words Toronto did not insist on my street address, and phone number, at least so far.
There is no report or any other document published yet for the agenda item. I’m not sure if Dr Eileen de Villa speaks before or after citizens speak. I will be reviewing the December meeting in order to prepare http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item=2021.HL32.1 I requested some of the submissions from December and posted them here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1l5UY9iTwvIHmUOLhXisNnLyfw8L0Lx22?usp=sharing
Dr Eileen de Villa is a big proponent of mandatory vaccinations for children etc. etc. Toronto Public Health has made most of the possible mistakes in attempting to manage COVID-19. It’s a target rich environment. You can hardly miss, whatever aspect you want to focus on for your 5 minutes.
Unfortunately you have to have to follow the meeting in real time until your turn to speak comes up but this is one of your few remaining opportunities to speak directly to your government. Don’t let the fact that it is the Board of Health intimidate you. This is really all about politics.

Please note you can sign up to speak. I believe you need to register in advance both to speak and for the video. I have never been able to get a meeting with Councillor Ainslie, but this is one way to reach him. You can only speak for 5 minutes, so it doesn’t take that much to prepare. If I get a chance to prepare a submission/speech I will share it to make it easier for you. I realize it’s during working hours, but you can also make written submissions.
