If enough people sign up to speak but don't want to write an original presentation, they could play 5 minute chunks of selected videos so we can be sure the BoH actually watches them.
This would take some logistical co-ordination before the meetings because the speakers list is not published until immediately before the meeting. In my experience the first to sign up are the first to speak which can be difficult to predict. A group would have to sign up for each video and then coordinate their segments in real time before the meeting. This website can set up something similar to https://f2sg.substack.com/p/connect-by-postal-code per video. I personally phone in to the meetings so need help with the technolgy of playing video on Board of Health video calls.
2022-01-17 I'm reviewing the speaker instructions and note that presentations are audio only, at least for this meeting. I guess that doesn't preclude playing audio only, but videos would need to be selected accordingly.
As best I recall, Kris Langenfeld brought this up at the May meeting: http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item=2022.HL37.2 I believe the speech is available on the City of Toronto Youtube. You can also request the written communications for the meetings and may connect to Kris that way.
I heard you speak on the first and second versions of the Jan17 TPH meeting. Dan Hartman was removed from the new meeting posted on youtube. Is that regular practice for TPH not to listen or respond and then just delete your 5 minute speech? Your 5 minutes is still there, but Dan was missing the last I checked.
I have not listened to the latest version either due to the Freedom Convoy but I understand from https://twitter.com/joe_warmington/status/1484700692212244480 that Dan Hartman was censored in at least some of the meeting versions. I listened to Dan speak immediately after me so I can vouch that he did speak. The Board did ask Dan a number of questions so at least some members did listen to him. IIRC one of the Board members asked Dan what he was going to do next and Dan didn't know what to do next. If the Board were actually interested in public health I would have expected them to offer to help Dan investigate his son's death instead of leaving Dan to flounder around. If I had to guess, I think the Board found their questions more embarrassing than Dan's speech. The Board did not ask me any questions so I don't know if they actually listened to my speech - all speakers are on audio only. It's fairly typical for Toronto Committees to not ask questions of speakers, especially speakers that they don't agree with.
Dan made a public statement, I can't imagine there could be any confidentiality issues. Toronto makes it very clear in their guidelines for written submissions that they become part of the public record. I don't think different guidelines would apply to oral submissions but IANAL. If you are legally inclined there may be legal avenues here. (There better be if we hope to remain a democracy) If it's still not posted you might also try a Freedom of Information request. I believe at least some of Dan's speech is circulating on the web so another approach might be to submit a comment containing a link to an internet version of Dan's speech and see it Toronto tries to censor that comment. That would bring it clearly under the rules for written submissions which might be an easier legal case. Also the more they censor the more bad publicity they get. Would you like to organize a campaign to submit links to Dan's speech as comments to the Board of Health? First step of course is to check if the Board of Health has fully posted Dan Hartman and the following questions.

Why is no one addressing the fact that Eileen Devilla's husband has financial ties to pharmaceutical companies? That is a huge conflict of interest.

p.s. Kris Langenfeld appears on the list of candidates for mayor https://www.toronto.ca/city-government/elections/candidate-list/ presumably the same person, but with no contact information...

That helps. Thanks a lot
